Three Legged Toad
Three legged Toad with the coin in his mouth increases your prosperity. He sitsupon a mound of coins and ingots, protecting your wealth. Gently place him inside your home next to the front door (on the floor where Toads belong), and position him looking into the room. Frog and toads ar generally regarded as auspicious creatures to have around the garden, and the chinese believe that if there is a whole family in your baclyard, you will be protected from any dangers or bad luck which might be coming you way. it is the three legged frog, however that is supposed to be extremely auspicious. The three legged frog is usually depicted as having coin in its mouth to signify him bringing gold into your home. This same symbolism can also mean taking gold out of the house. so the way the frog is placed becomes very important.
Position the three legged frog symbols near the vicinity of the front door but facing inwards, as if has just come into the house. Do not allow the frog to be placed directly facing the door.

This symbolizes gold going out of the house. It is also best to place the frog at the far corner diagoally opposite the main door. Put is under a table inside a cupborad or hidden away under chairs and other furniture.


The three -legged frog/toad is considered very lucky. It usually has one or three coins in its mouth. The position of the three legged toad is important. I personally advise to place it near the main door, on the inside with the toad looking inwards symbolizing money coming in. Some people advise that every morning when the breadwinner goes out to work he should take the coin form the toad's mouth and put it in his pocket and place the toad looking at the door. i.e. symbolically following him, helping him to earn money and when he returns home form work, he should placethe coin back in the toad's mouth and place the toad near the main door looking inwards, i.e. bringing in wealth all night. This means that if you every day and every night. This method of using the three legged toad is also quite alright, provided you do'not mind the botheration of repositioning it twice daily! I personally find this method quite bothersome hence I use the first method. It's your choice to folllow whichever method you like. The important thing to remember is never to place the toads in the brdrooms toilets, or the kitchen. Another important thing to remember is to clean the toad
