Norms for site plot selection
Additional norms for site plot selection:
� The site should always be rectangular or square. It should never be circular or triangular or odd size.
� The site should be proportionate in length & width or in the ratio of 9 : 5.
� The site should have 90 degree angles on all the 4 sides.
� The site extending in direction of South-East & North-West should be rectified.
� The site in L shape should be rejected.
� The site covering more areas on North-East or East and Northern side is lucky.
� The site, which is irregular in dimensions should be rejected or rectified.
� The site covering less area in South, West & South-West is Lucky. It increases Dig bal if the space in the South is less than North.
� The site having slope from Western site to Eastern side or from southern side to northern side is also lucky. It means the site should have higher level in South & West&
lower lavel in East, North & NE. It means tilting towards southern side & indicate bad luck. Flat (even) site indicate average life & wealth. Higher surface level in central or
even surface level can be accepted.
� The site should never be hollow underneath.
� The site should never be near the burial ground.
� The site should never be close to temple or touch walls of the temple.
� The site should not have a dead end of the road except when the dead end is in-
� North of N.E.
� East of N.W.
� South of S.E.
� The site should never have any big pit nearby or adjoining the site.
� The site should not have big trees in North or East. Remove them & plant new trees on the South & West side.
� The site having permanent pillers, poles or big trees in front of the proposed main gate should be rejected.
� The site having any mini structure nearby, which may touch the main structure is considered malefic.
� The site towards the road should be less than depth.
� The site having roads non North, East or North-East sides are favourable.
� The existing main road opposite the plot, does not synchronise with the location of the proposed main door, reject the plot.
