Vaastu Norms For Unlucky building

Norms for Vastu application to unlucky building are as under:

� Examine the building carefully & note down the Vastu defects and variations of norms prescribed in Vastu Sastra.

� Check up the compound wall. If necessary improve the height of compound wall in South-West direction. Provide walls in all the four directions if possible.

� Check up open space around the building. Ensure that it should be in proportion as prescribed in Vastu Sastra.

� Check up space on Southern side which should always be less other sides.

� Check up the entrance gate in the compound wall & provide in proper direction.

� Check up the Main Gate & its direction. Provide the door in North or East (Facing N& E). Only one door is enough. Ensure that there is no door behind the main gate.

� Check up the doors & windows inside the building. Ensure that they are in even numbers and not in multiple of 10.

� Check up water tank & well. It should not be SE, South, NW or SW direction. If so it should be closed. In centre also the well & tank is harmful.

� Check up the layout of important rooms in the building.

� Check up the central space in the plot of the building. This should be specified & reserved for Brahm Sthana, where no obstruction should exist.

� Check up the directional strength passed into the building through Sun rays. This can be checked up with the help of Vastu chakra & Shanku.

� Check up if there is any growth in SE & NW directions, which should be removed.

� Check up Brahm Sthana & its energy lines, which should be properly protected to ensure adequate directional strength. Remove all type of encroachments & keep the area neat & clean.

� Check up, if possible, the foundation date of the building & also date of entry into the building and synchronise them with the auspicious dates and also star, sign & planets in the natal chart of the owner.

� If the Astrological relations are satisfactory the modifications should be very carefully carried out in auspicious time.

� Check up if there is a compound between the house & a factory by its side. If so provide a widow on Eastern, North-Eastern side of the ceiling.

� All pits around the building should be filled, except in the South. A pit in the South direction of a business house is considered lucky. If no such pit exists, provide a new one.

Additional pits in other directions are not recommended.

� Check up the ground level. It should be lower level in North, North-East & East directions.

� Main gate of a business complex or shopping complex may be in South of the building.

� Check up if any of the following trees exist in front of the building. These are unlucky trees & should be removed:

Neem, Peepal, Imli, Banana, Ruber plant, Kaith, Anar, Mango, Gular, Pakad, Thuhar, Baheda, Thorny trees, burnt trees, broken trees, Bargad, Tar, Sahijan or August tree.

� Check up that father�s or brother�s room are not in South or West of your house or room.

� Check up if there is no window in the building. Provide windows in even number.

� Check up size of the main gate. Its height should not be more than double its width. It should be made of new wood, if old wood is spoiled or damaged.

� Check up if there are windows of different sizes. Provide windows of equal size & shape. Related Links :
