Special Norms for Special Buildings

SPECIAL NORMS FOR SPECIAL TYPE OF BUILDINGS

� Ground level in different direction- lower or higher in different directions.

� Open space in different directions.

� Height of walls in different directions.

� Provision of Main Gate in different directions.

� Position of water tank or well.

� Layout of rooms in different directions.

� Growth around the buildings.

� Pits around the buildings.

� Trees & plant in different directions and inside the buildings.

� Ensure water sources & flow of water towards the East. Also more space is left, in left side than other sides.

� Avoid water troughs & flow of water to wards the western side. Also do not leave more than 1/9 space in Western side. Ensure water flow from North.

Business Houses or Shopping Complex:

� Main purpose being quick turn over & quick sale and purchase of goods. So the ground level in East & North should be lower to increase sales.

� If there is a pit in South direction, it is auspicious for quick business. Avoid pit in other directions.

� If there is an entrance in South, it is auspicious for quick business & turn over. Main entrance in other directions can also be provided.

� The direction of the main structure should face East, North or North-East.

� Please ensure that innocent designer does not destroy Brahm Sthana or sensitive energy lines by dividing & providing cabins in a disorderly way.

� Ensure that for all other activities of Vastu Sastra, & Astrological auspicious time are religiously applied.

� Preferably use white, yellow or green colour. For special type of business houses red & blue colours can also be used.

� Prepare a Ganesh Kavach and keep it in the business house or room of the chief executive (see chapter 14).

Factory or Workshop Buildings:

Special norms are as under:

� Leave less vacant space in South-West direction, & provide more space in North-East direction.

� It is preferable if no space is left around the factory or leave less space.

� Improve vacant area in Brahma Sthana. Provide a temple or use it for workers meeting place, meditation & staff welfare meetings.

� Provide ventilation or special type of windows in the ceiling.

� Provide flower plants-yellow, green, white & red inside the factory or around the factory.

� Main gate, Brahm Sthana, sensitive energy lines should be protected.

� All type of trees opposite the factory gate should be removed.

� Provide a small exit door in the rear end of the factory.

� White, red or yellow colour must be used inside the factory. Never use blue colour with these colours.

� Provide general store room in South-West direction.

� Provide parking in North-West direction.

� Provide factory�s main office in North or East.

� Provide toilet in South-West or West direction.

� Provide overhead tank in South-West direction.

� Provide heavy machinery in South, West or South-West direction.

� Provide godown for finished products in North-West corner.

� Provide safety guard room in South-East side of East main gate.

� Provide main roads in North, East or North-East direction.

� Provide big & wide gate in the factory�s boundary wall �facing East or North.

� Provide guard room near the main entrance or in North-West or South-East direction of the main gate.

� Provide maximum open space in North and East direction of the factory�s main structure.

� Provide higher boundary walls in South and West directions of the factory.

� Provide water tank, bore-well in North-East direction.

New Cities and Town

Most of the norms prescribed in previous chapters are applied foe planning a new city & town. In addition observe the following norms.

� Moon in Asc, Jupiter in 7th house Mercury or Venus in 10th house & Ascendant 2, 5, 8, 11 sign. This combination will ensure 600yrs longevity to that town or city.

� Venus exalted in Ascendant, Jupiter in 4th & Moon in 10th house ensure longevity of 900 years.
