Vastu, according to our sages means a science of house or building construction on earth. Vastu is con�sidered to be 100% part of our ancient astrology. Ac�cording to documents, available lord Brahma is the lord of Vastu, who is supposed to protect us & also our houses & buildings from malefic influences of planets and nature. In Vastu Sastra there are many Dikpalas, Lord of different directions, who supply necessary power for protection of the house & its owner and also all other persons living in the house.

Our sages developed the Vastu Sastra after exten�sive research & experiments. They examined all possi�ble aspects of building construction and laid down norms.

They have recomended application of Vastu Sastra for the following purposes :

� Proper identification of city or place, where Vastu purusha should construct a house.

� Proper identification of the direction, which is most benefic & lucky and ensures transfer of magnetic energies.

� Proper identification of soil of plot/site which must suit his cast & Vibrations.

� Proper identification of the direction for laying the first foundation stone.

� Proper identification of the type of construction.
