ASTROLOGICAL YOGAS FOR APPLICATION IN VASTU

Astrological auspicious time, commonly known as benefic Mahurata is adopted for all type of human activities, including Vastu. Vastu Sastra�s norms is of no effect and usefulness of the house or building to the owner cannot be assured.

Hence some additional benefic & malefic combinations, indicating auspicious time & malefic time for application in Vastu Sastra, are indicated in this chapter.

If these norms (combinations) are also adhered for different activities of Vastu Sastra, specially the following activities, happiness, good luck, improvement in reputation and wealth, protection from ill luck & sickness etc can be assured:

� Purchase of land or building or house.

� Foundation & construction of the house.

� Erecting the main gate of the building.

� Digging of well or water tank.

� Entering the new house/ building.

Benefic combinations:

� Ascendant should be aspected by its lord & also Navamsa Ascendant should be aspected by its lord or aspecting each others sign.

� Ascendant sign in Navamsa Ascendant is vargottam & benefic.

� Jupiter on election day should be in Ascendant in 2, 5, 9, 12, 4 sign or in 1, 4, 10, 5, 9 house. Jupiter should not be combust & debilitated or retrograde.

� 4th house & 4th house in navamsa should be strong & aspected by their lords or strong benefics.

� Venus should be strong in Ascendant or in 4, 10, 5, 9, house in 2, 7, 12 sign.

� Mercury should be in 6, 3, sign in Ascendant or in 4, 5, 9, 10 house.

� Moon in 11th house destroys thousands of doshas.

� Sun in 11th house destroys thousands of doshas.

� Moon should always be alone.

� Malefic planets occupy 3, 6, 11 houses.

� Ascendant upto 10 gives 100% benefic results; 50% in middle & 20% in end of a sign.

� Ascendant occupied by an exalted planet without any conjunction or malefic aspect. It should be direct & not retrograde & no relation with Sun, Sat, Rahu, the separating planets. Related Links :
